Don't you wish you can add a contact us form at anytime and be able to add and delete fields on the form?

If so, this mod is for you. You can turn on or off the contact us form via admin tool as well as add or delete fields in the form at anytime. You specify whether or not the field is single line or multiple and require or not require. The contact form will do validation depending on your setting for require or not require automatically. Auto preview has been added for the current version. The current version includes dropdown list, radio button and check boxes.

There are no limit on how many fields you can have on the form. This is nice and convenient mod for webmaster to configure the form without any programming.

This version is for Cubecart version 4.0.  If you are running cubecart v3.x, please click here to get that version.

Excellent MOD
 Custom Contact Us for v4 is an excellent mod for CubeCart version 4 this is one of those mods your store should NOT be without. being able to create a custom form with the fields YOU want/need is so easy and your store should have a simple way for your customers to contact you for general information or order errors this mod does that and then some putting your email link on your site will just get you spam this mod is the way to go!!!
